Love your temple - also known as the body

"Always focus on your inner beauty and happiness. Your body is fine and healthy.

Love and accept it for what it does daily for you.

It is indeed your temple!

This beautiful and perfectly working body has been with you for all these years in this life.

It has been a nice temple for you, but you were often an awfull devotee.

You complained instead of thanking it for its hospitality.

Start by apologising to it and practice body awareness every day.

Just feel how lovely it really feels to be inside of this body.

What is the problem? Really there is no problem!

Only your surroundings and the society told you that it’s a problem to look or to be different, to be a big or small size, to have wrinkles, to have big ears or nose and you trusted them 100%!

Just feel your beautiful body now!

Let go af the past and feel it now!

It is a lovely and sweet body.

This body is a special one.

It listens to everything that you tell it, it trusts(both good & bad) what you tell it and it will change according to what you tell it.

Your body is ever forgiving and it forgives you. It will do everything for you.

It is honored to host you.

We recommend that you daily tell your body, that you love and appreciate its work for you.

It is here so that you can fulfill your mission in life.

It knows  that your mission is important, so it will stay healthy and strong for you, if you allow it to do so.

So please - thank your body every day.

Never abuse it – it doesn’t deserve that.

It deserves your love and only love!

Your love is big and you can easily give some to your body.

Be blessed, aware and happy always!"

Love & Light

"Dearest friends

This time is indeed a period of transformation and many will feel some sort of anxiety, confusion and a lack of energy. 

In this period the earth is reaching a higher level of conciousness and people that are already aware can feel this very clear. The new level of conciousness is all about light and love. The lights wants to illuminate all the darkness that has been on this planet for so long and the higher love that is already inside of each and everyone of you, wants to come out and emerge. The love can be overwhelming for many, as it is very powerfull compared to what people has been used to. This love is so pure, unselfish, powerful and very healing. 

This is your true nature and what you all really are  - Love and Light. Nothing more and nothing less! So simple and so very true. We will talk more detailed about this love & light later on in the process. But for now embrace and open up to your own divine love and start to spread it all around you. Don't be afraid of your own divinity, love and light! Shine like the sun and let your light, warmth and sunrays reach everyone who comes near you."

Meditation is food for the soul

"Why do so many people feel that it is so difficult to be in this world?

Mostly it's because they are not connecting to their essence, their soul, their being, their purpose or truth. It is because they allow their mind to control how they feel. The mind is a funny thing & a product of this material world. The mind is not belonging to the soul, because the soul is not from this world. When in deep meditation there are no thoughts, no mind, only pure conciousness. When the mind becomes still there is a pure and true connection to the soul. Suddenly you can hear & feel your soul & all that can be felt is love, joy & blissfulness. When doing meditation regularly the mind becomes still & works in favour of the soul. Meditation will show you the real world of peace & joy inside of you. We recommend everyone to start doing meditation of some sort every day. The material world will NEVER give you what you truly want. You can try to be satisfied many times with many things but you will fail in the end. We are not telling that this world is a bad thing, but as it is now many people in the world are very unhappy, angry & unsatisfied. This feeling of unhappiness comes from a deep unfulfilled desire from the inside of their soul. The soul is crying out to be seen & heard & for this to happen it is absolutely neccesary to seek inner peace. The material world can't help the soul! The material world is only there to help your body survive. It will give food, clothes and shelter. It was not made for mankind to get greedy & collect money & items. It was made so there was enough for everyone! But somehow along the way some people got greedy & started to harvest & collect only for them selves. They thought that this could bring them the happiness that they searched for. But no it didn't! It only gave them pain because the true happiness lies within, not on the outside. Therefore start from this very moment to listen to your soul. In order to listen & feel your soul you must practice meditation, concentration & awareness. This is not as difficult as it sounds. This is actually a natural state for your soul so it's only your fysical body that needs a little practice. Start by sitting quiet alone with closed eyes & just breathe in & out. Start with 5 minutes every day & then slowly expand when you feel ready. Feel how your mood change to the better the more silent & aware you get. We wish you a very happy journey in life & know that you are here for a higher reason. No you are not only here to get married, get a good job and children. Start to think & feel what your purpose is?

Desires

"Desires creates pain.

Pain creates desires.

Desires creates desires.

Desires is a lack of trust.

When trust is not there, desires appears and creates pain and the pain creates more desires.

It’s a circle that continues – and this is Maya(the illusion).

You are all here to learn how to crack the code about Maya.

You are not here to fulfill your desires - because desires can never be fulfilled!

When one desire is completed, another will take over.

Desires are not all bad! They are also here to push us forward!

But too little and too much is never good.

A balance is necessary and a non-identification with the desires.

So when you are in pain, go back and find the desire that’s behind the pain.

Instead of desires - find trust!

Trust in that;

Everything will happen in your favour.

You will get what you need to complete this life.

This is why patience really is deep trust.

The word 'Trust' everyone knows, but few really understands it!

It’t like 'Surrender' -

Trust & Surrender and then you will be free!

These two words must be integrated and understood before they can be useful.

Practice is required here!

Awareness of what you are thinking and doing.

Awareness of why you are doing what you are doing.

Awareness of the desires.

Age of darkness versus age of lightness

"The age of darkness and ignorance is soon to be over!

The age of lightness and awareness is about to start!

The light wants to re enter your body and mind

Open up for this wonderful light

The light will enter your heart and make it big, bold and beautiful

Dare to expand your heart

Don’t be afraid dear child

The light surrounds you and protects you, like a big soft and nice bubble

You are ready to start the opening of your heart

If you want to do it slowly – then do it slowly

It doesn't matter how it happens

But know that it will happen!

The true love is on its way back to the world and it needs surrendering

Know that your true spirit is indeed;

So wise

So lovable

So centered

So calm

So open

Just now  in this moment – feel your true nature!

And -

KNOW THAT

You are not the mind

You are not the body

You are not the thoughts

KNOW THAT

You are pure love in its purest form

You are divine
