Meditation is food for the soul

"Why do so many people feel that it is so difficult to be in this world?
Mostly it's because they are not connecting to their essence, their soul, their being, their purpose or truth. It is because they allow their mind to control how they feel. The mind is a funny thing & a product of this material world. The mind is not belonging to the soul, because the soul is not from this world. When in deep meditation there are no thoughts, no mind, only pure conciousness. When the mind becomes still there is a pure and true connection to the soul. Suddenly you can hear & feel your soul & all that can be felt is love, joy & blissfulness. When doing meditation regularly the mind becomes still & works in favour of the soul. Meditation will show you the real world of peace & joy inside of you. We recommend everyone to start doing meditation of some sort every day. The material world will NEVER give you what you truly want. You can try to be satisfied many times with many things but you will fail in the end. We are not telling that this world is a bad thing, but as it is now many people in the world are very unhappy, angry & unsatisfied. This feeling of unhappiness comes from a deep unfulfilled desire from the inside of their soul. The soul is crying out to be seen & heard & for this to happen it is absolutely neccesary to seek inner peace. The material world can't help the soul! The material world is only there to help your body survive. It will give food, clothes and shelter. It was not made for mankind to get greedy & collect money & items. It was made so there was enough for everyone! But somehow along the way some people got greedy & started to harvest & collect only for them selves. They thought that this could bring them the happiness that they searched for. But no it didn't! It only gave them pain because the true happiness lies within, not on the outside. Therefore start from this very moment to listen to your soul. In order to listen & feel your soul you must practice meditation, concentration & awareness. This is not as difficult as it sounds. This is actually a natural state for your soul so it's only your fysical body that needs a little practice. Start by sitting quiet alone with closed eyes & just breathe in & out. Start with 5 minutes every day & then slowly expand when you feel ready. Feel how your mood change to the better the more silent & aware you get. We wish you a very happy journey in life & know that you are here for a higher reason. No you are not only here to get married, get a good job and children. Start to think & feel what your purpose is?
